Meet Our Founder
Tracy Massaro is a seasoned marketing leader and strategist with 20 years of consumer marketing experience. She has worked with hundreds of companies ranging from small businesses to early stage startups and established companies. Prior to starting HEW and her consulting business, she worked at Meta as a Client Partner managing the Airbnb & Lyft partnerships and was a Sr Director of Marketing at Shutterfly.
In 2017 she started HEW to make an even greater impact and help small businesses and early stage companies reach their goals. Since then, she has partnered with CEOs and Founders to accelerate growth and return on investment consistently achieving double-digit growth across a range of industries.
Tracy was born and raised in Northern California and now resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.
